The Association of Ashfield is not a charity organisation but in fact a private limited company. However, we do fully follow the “Code of Fundraising Practise” as outlined by Charity regulators for the United Kingdom.

We are in not associated with the Ashfield District Council in any form, this address to financial, staffing or premises. Other then we operate within the area of Ashfield

 

Where you see the terms “The Donator” and “The Need” these are terms associated with The Association of Ashfield.

 

The Donator

1.     As the Donator we will store your personal information i.e name, number, address for use only for The Association of Ashfield, but will not share this date with any third party.

2.     As the Donator we will not store nor share your bank account details to anyone, anywhere at any time.

3.     In order to be in the prize draw as the “donator” you must put your unique number when you have signed up into the reference when donating.

 

The Need

1.     As The Need your personal information may be stored for business use in connection The Association of Ashfield but will not be shared with any third party.

2.     As The Need, your story may be shared online or social media but only with your written permission via email and will not be shared with any third party.

 

Our Partners

1.     The Partners of The Association of Ashfield, will not have their information shared with anyone or any third party unless stated with written authority.

2.     All offers and prize donations will be mentioned and shared across our site and social media sites to be used for advertising.

3.     The 3 months of partnership will start imeadiatly after an agreement is made and will last 3 months from the end of the month of the start date.

Your Unique Code

1.     You unique code as The Donator is specific to you and all communication with the said donator.

2.     If this is incorrectly stated on the donation you as the donator may not be entered into the prize draw or entered in for someone else.

Prize Draw

1.     The prize draw will be made on the 1st of each month.

2.     All the winners unique numbers will be posted online and on our social media platforms.

3.     All winners will be contacted by a member of our team to inform them that they have won and what they have won.

4.     All prizes will be delivered in person or via the post depending on the prize.

5.     Prizes may vary on a month to month basis subject to donations from our partners.

6.     All prizes will be drawn at random via a computerised system using the donators unique code.

7.     You must be 16 or over to be in the prize draw, anyone found to be under 16 will have their unique reference number revoked making them ineligible to participate in future draws.
